You can use a lifestyle list company for this. They are companies that send out detailed questionnaires to thousands of consumers.
If you are in the UK, ICD will analyse and report on your list for free in the hopes of selling you more, similar names.
Another method would be to contact CACI who have split zipcodes into neighbourhood types with descriptions.
